These talented performers have not only captivated audiences with their performances but have also left a lasting impact on the national arts scene.
A Star at the Wheel
Our inaugural spotlight shines on the incredible John Rapson, a 2008–2009 alumnus of Wagon Wheel! Audiences may fondly recall his unforgettable roles, including Pharaoh in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Zach the Director in A Chorus Line, Tommy Albright in Brigadoon, and Nicely-Nicely in Guys & Dolls.
From the Wheel to the World
Since his time at Wagon Wheel, John has achieved remarkable success. He led the national tour of A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder, graced the stage in Les Misérables on Broadway, and recently appeared as Beadle in the Broadway revival of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, starring alongside Josh Groban and Annaleigh Ashford.
