  • Ticket benefits are redeemable for shows taking place May 2024 – April 2025.

Only current Season Subscribers can be Director’s Club Members. Contact the box office to purchase season tickets and ask about joining the Director’s Club too!

Just one per Subscribing Household. For example, if you go to the shows with friends or relatives that are not members of your household, each household would need to pay for their own Membership.

Checks can be mailed to the Wagon Wheel with “Director’s Club Membership” and the membership year written in the memo line. You may also use credit card to pay for your membership. Membership cost is not fully tax-deductible. We encourage you to consult your tax or financial advisor with any questions about joining the Director’s Club through payment from a Donor Advised Fund or IRA qualified distribution.

No, you can only join the Director’s Club throught the box office whether by calling, mailing in the form, or stopping in during box office hours.

When you sign up to join the Director’s Club, your payment will be processed by the box office. Then, you will receive an email with a special code. You can use that code to redeem the flex tickets online. You may also call or stop into the box office to use your flex tickets. Just tell the box office you want to use your Director’s Club Flex Tickets and give them your name. They will assist you from there.

2023 Membership benefits are in effect May 2023 through April 2024. You can use your flex ticket code as soon as you receive it BUT only for shows with performance dates May 2023 through April 2024.

  • 2023 Summer Season Shows
  • 2023 Professional Theatre Holiday Show
  • Symphony of the Lakes, Wagon Wheel Community Theatre, or Wagon Wheel Jr. shows taking place May 2023 through April 2024.

Flex tickets cannot be used for Concert Series or special events.

Your membership price includes invitation for two to attend the Director’s Club Dinner. If you wish to bring additional guests, they will cost $30 each and must be paid for prior to the Dinner through the box office.

Your name will appear, as you provided it when signing up, in the playbill starting June 2023 through April 2024. If you do not provide a name when signing up, you will be listed as anonymous. Your recognition can be no longer then 60 characters (approximately 10 words) in length.
