Endowment Challenge Campaign

Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts has been invited to join an Endowment Challenge sponsored by the Kosciusko County Community Foundation, Dekko Foundation, Ruth Lilly Philanthropic Foundation, and Dr. Dane and Mary Louise Miller Foundation. The challenge is in honor of KCCF’s 50th Anniversary. Ten youth serving organizations were selected from the applications and each non-profit taking part can create an Endowment Fund of $50,000!

Requirements for the Endowment Challenge are:

  • Wagon Wheel must raise $10,000 before June 14, 2019 specifically for the Endowment Challenge.
  • A staff and board member will also be required to attend four seminars on fundraising and sustainability hosted by KCCF.

Upon meeting the requirements, the $10,00 raised will be receive a 4:1 match!

And we are thrilled to announce that we met the $10,000 goal!

Thank you to all who contributed and for supporting the future of the Wagon Wheel! Anything’s possible, if we dream and work together to ensure the future of the Wagon Wheel!

Our new, $50,000 endowment will reap about $2,000 to the Wagon Wheel in interest each year. As our endowment grows, the future of the Wagon Wheel will be insured for years and years to come.

Want to give to our Endowment still? Future contributions will not be matched, but you can still give to our endowment through our designated fund at the Foundation. Designate your gift to the Wagon Wheel Theatre Endowment. For more information, please contact the Foundation at 574-267-1901 or go to their website at https://kcfoundation.org/.
